These are the cornerstone of what we do at CrossFit C2L. CrossFit is a fitness program designed using constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity. As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled up-or down-to be accessible to all populations. If you’re just starting out, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
Spartan SGX Obstacle Race Training
At CrossFit C2L our coaches have a ton of experience to help run, jump, and climb faster. Whether you are a newbie or experienced racer we can help. Our training is done in a group setting and taught by top racers and coaches from within the obstacle racing industry. Our classes will progress you from start to finish line.
CrossFit Kids / Teens
Jumping, climbing, balancing, crawling and learning about what it means to live a healthy life. This program is held in our Naperville location. Focus is placed on teaching children movement patterns through creative activities both using gym equipment and our own obstacle course rigs.
Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to CrossFit C2L and C2L South (located in Naperville, IL and Plainfield. IL) is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular classes. This is the core of CrossFit 101.
Sometimes it takes extra work outside of classes to dial in a skill, or just to blow off a little extra steam from the week. All of our members have access to dedicated Open Gym time where they can work on improving skills, strength, and have fun with others outside of regular classes.
At CrossFit C2L we offer 3 different types of barbell classes, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. In our Barbell Club members get the opportunity to focus on specific olympic lifts, acquiring the technical skill set required to really feel confident in these lifts. No matter what your experience with a barbell our coaches will help you in your quest for the perfect lift.

Changing your nutritional habits can be hard, but our coaches can make it easier by providing you guidance and accountability.
Most people come to us with a lifetime of mobility issues. From aching backs, to wonky shoulders we’ve seen it all. Our mobility program is designed to help alleviate those knots and tight muscles making you much more supple and fluid. Not to mention you will just plain old feel better.
