C2L’s Youth Programs:
It’s not a myth that children are participating in less and less physical activity. In fact, according to the National Association for Sport and Physical Education, only one in three children are active every day.
C2L’s youth programs are designed to combat this growing epidemic and allow children to be children.
C2L CrossFit Kids / Teens
Jumping, climbing, balancing, crawling and learning about what it means to live a healthy life. Focus will be placed on teaching children movement patterns through creative activities both using gym equipment and our own obstacle course rigs. Cost: $50/child per month for 1 class a week. $75/teen per month 3xs week.
*Classes are limited to 10 children

Can I stay during class?
- Our facility is equipped with a lounge area, equipped with WIFI. So……finish a work project, assignment, or create your next Pinterest project. Leave the coaching to us.
